The protests are such that they have now been used not only as a political weapon but also as a tool for creating divide among Hindu and Muslim citizens of the country.  I HEREBY WISH TO CONVEY that t h e act seeks to amend the definition of illegal immigrants for Hindu, Sikh, Parsi, Buddhist and Christian immigrants from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh, who have lived in India without documentation They will be granted fast track Indian citizenship in six years. So far 12 years of residence has been the standard eligibility requirement for naturalization. The legislation applies to those who were “forced or compelled to seek shelter in India due to persecution on the ground of religion ”. It aims to protect such people from proceedings of illegal migration. Part III contains long and comprehensive list of justiciable Fundamental Rights. These are more elaborate than anywhere else in the world. The reason FR include the term ‘Fundamental’ is because they are guaranteed and protected by the Constitution, which happens to be the fundamental law of the land. Nowadays the very respected people of karni Sena are causing a lot of riots just because of a movie named padmavat portraying one of the fictional character of a queen of rajasthan named padmavati who unfortunately belongs to a Rajput category. Some of the members of this rajput organisation  have also openly criticised the director of this historic drama named shri Sanjay leela bhansali, by slapping him publically. Not only that these people have also threatened Deepika padukone the main lead actress  that they will chop off her nose if the movie releases. The nuisance was such that the filmmakers had to rename the movie and make 300 cuts in order to get the movie released in theatre.besides that they have to give a full page fact about the movie before giving it's ad in newspaper. RESERVATION IN INDIA : DO WE REALLY NEED IT ? We always say that dreams can only be achieved if one works hard in that particular direction and that hard work pays . Sadly this rule does not apply to my motherland , India and this is the true scenario of our country because of reservation.  Before continuing on let me tell you about reservation through an example. lets say  one person who belongs to region A willing to buy a very expensive watch according to your budget, you work extremely hard in order to get that watch and the watch is sold in only one of  the shops in your country and it is not sold online also but another person belonging to region B does nothing to buy that watch.
